Juliana Adams, BSN, MSN, MA and her husband divide their time between Englewood and Steamboat Springs, Colorado. They have two children that have also chosen lives of service. She remains active in nursing, advocating and supporting current issues that challenge the delivery of care. She promotes care that is dynamic, evidence-based—while recognizing that being a “great nurse” will continue to evolve to meet the changing environment where nurses practice. 

 

What has changed over the last fifty years and what has not serves as a guiding light that fascinates her.
